Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I place an order?
Add items to your shopping cart by using the "Add to Cart" button. When you are finished shopping you may view all the items in your cart by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" link at the top right corner of the screen. The Shopping Cart page lets you remove items from your cart if you choose, and will also give you an estimate for shipping. When you are satisfied, click the "Checkout" button.
The Checkout screen with ask you to enter your name, shipping address, phone number and email address. We will not ask you for any credit card information over the internet. Once you click "Place Order" your order will be sent to us and we will contact you for your payment information within 24 business hours. Orders will ship 24-48 hours after payment information is confirmed.
- How much will shipping cost?
When you place an order the computer will give you a shipping estimate. When we call to verify your order and to obtain payment information, we will give you an exact shipping amount.
- Do you have a mailing list?
We have an email mailing list. By listing your email on the Checkout page, you will automatically be placed on our Preferred Customer email list. Several times a year you will receive coupons or special offers via email only offered to our Preferred Customers. If at any time you would like to be removed from this list, please email us at americanhomeglassgallery@yahoo.com and type "Unsubscribe" in the Subject.
- What is your return policy?
If your shipment arrives damaged, or if you are not satisfied for any reason, please call us immediately. Returns after 7 days will not be accepted. Save all packaging material and boxes. We will call UPS and have a driver come and pick up the box at your home or work. Please note, unless the product you are returning is damaged, we will charge you for the shipping when we receive the returned item(s). Local shoppers may return merchandise purchased on our website at our store to avoid return shipping charges.
